December 13, 2012 11:38 AM. The Richmond City Council GRTC and Transit Study Task Force meeting, scheduled for tonight (Thursday, December 13, 2012), has been canceled. The Task Force will resume its meetings (typically the second Thursday of the month) in January 2013.
