Using resources from the federal High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program, local law-enforcement authorities in April started targeting drug trafficking, prostitution activity and other crimes in Mosby Court and Whitcomb Court. Officials combined those efforts with anti-blight measures that address such problems as dilapidated buildings.
